● Multi-axis Common Inductor Assembly Machine adopts three-turntable multi-station collaborative technology, with a single device capable of producing 5,000-6,000 PCS/H, meeting large-scale mass production requirements and increasing efficiency by over 3 times compared to traditional single-station equipment.

● It uses a vibrating bowl (high-precision aluminum plate) for automatic feeding, combined with a modular layout of three turntable dividers (product turntable/I-core turntable/assembly turntable) + baking station/unloading station. The production cycle for each product is ≤0.72 seconds, with no manual intervention throughout the process.

● Equipped with a piezoelectric valve precision glue dispenser, it achieves intelligent pressure-time dual-loop control, with glue dispensing accuracy reaching ±0.005g (5mg). It supports glue heating (adjustable from 40-60°C) to ensure stable glue fluidity in low-temperature environments, meeting the control requirements for ultra-thin glue layers (≤0.1mm).

● Integrated with a CCD vision system to real-time scan glue volume distribution, automatically identify defects such as glue overflow, missing glue, and uneven glue volume, and automatically compensate for abnormal conditions. The glue dispensing yield is ≥99.8%, eliminating the risk of missed detection by manual visual inspection.

● The core and I-core achieve high-precision alignment of ±0.02mm through a self-guiding structure, with assembly pressure maintenance control error ≤±1%, avoiding assembly defects such as misalignment and looseness. The product assembly yield is increased from 95% to 99.2%.
