Automatic T-CORE Inductor Roller Coating Machine integrates a four-axis synchronous rolling system with intelligent heating technology. Equipped with a dual-head rolling spraying design and high-precision spray nozzles, it achieves a spraying uniformity of over 99.5% and shortens the rolling spraying cycle to ≤15 seconds per piece, effectively solving the pain points of uneven coating and low efficiency in traditional spraying processes.
Product Process Introduction
● The vibrating plate with automatic feeding is matched with a PLC fiber detection system to realize orderly feeding of magnetic cores, with a feeding cycle of ≤2 seconds and a feeding yield of ≥99.8%.
● The three-stage heating furnace controls temperature precisely, with the preheating temperature adjustable from 60 to 120℃ and a temperature difference of ≤±3℃, ensuring the spraying surface is dry and free of oil.
● In the four-axis rolling spraying process, four rollers rotate synchronously to drive the inductor to rotate at a uniform speed, and the rotation speed is adjustable from 0 to 300rpm.
● After spraying, the infrared drying module is used for rapid curing, and the conveyor belt automatically sorts qualified and unqualified products, with a unloading cycle of ≤18 seconds.
