Product Process


1. Automatic T-CORE Inductor Insertion And Hot Pressing Integrated Machine adopts dual vibrating plates for automatic feeding, matched with a PLC fiber detection system to synchronously transport magnetic cores and powder materials. The feeding cycle is ≤1.5 seconds, and the feeding accuracy is ≥99.5%;

2. The AI visual system locates the mold cavity, and the 4-axis manipulator quickly implants the magnetic core into the mold cavity with an accuracy of ±0.02mm;

3. Immediately after implantation, CCD visual inspection is performed to detect the position of the magnetic core and the powder filling status, and defective products are automatically removed;

4. The precision metering device completes powder filling, and the pre-pressing function eliminates powder gaps with segmented pressure to reduce the risk of powder leakage;

5. Constant temperature hot pressing forming: the precision servo press applies stable pressure to complete hot pressing according to the preset temperature (temperature difference ≤5℃) and time parameters, ensuring the product density uniformity ≥98%;

6. Cooling and demolding: the cooling module quickly cools down after hot pressing, and the demolding system detects residual powder, automatically alarming in case of abnormalities;

7. Automatic unloading and sorting: qualified products are collected by the conveyor belt, and defective products are sorted separately, with the whole process cycle ≤8 seconds.
