● T-core Inductor Powder Molding Machine features automatic feeding. The screw conveyor precisely measures and supplies powder with an accuracy of ±0.5%, and the vibration leveling device ensures an even powder bed.

● T-core Inductor Powder Molding Machine adopts a top-down pressing process, where the lower mold remains stationary while the upper mold applies pressure through the servo pressure system with a control accuracy of ±0.1%. An electronic ruler monitors displacement in real-time, ensuring that the molding size tolerance is ≤±0.01mm.

● The cold pressing mode (room temperature - 60°C) and hot pressing mode (60°C - 180°C) can be switched with a single click on the human-machine interface. During hot pressing, the built-in heating module achieves a heating rate of 5°C/s, with a temperature uniformity of ±3°C.

● After molding, the upper mold resets, and the lower mold automatically ejects the blank, which is then conveyed to the collection bin via a conveyor belt. The unloading cycle is ≤3 seconds.

● Once unloading is complete, the automatic cleaning system activates. A high-pressure air gun, combined with brushes, removes residual powder from the mold surface with a cleaning efficiency of ≥99%, preventing secondary contamination.
