Product Process

4. The bending mechanism is driven by a servo motor with an angle accuracy of ±0.5°; the precise spot welding structure adopts dual closed-loop control of temperature and pressure, the welding temperature fluctuation ≤±3℃, the pressure error <±0.5kgf, and the solder joint strength ≥5N;

5. After welding, the excess wire is automatically cut off, and the finished products are orderly collected by the conveyor belt, with the whole process cycle ≤8 seconds.

1. The production capacity of a single device reaches 4,500 PCS/H, and the efficiency is increased by 300% compared with traditional equipment;

2. The fully automated process is equipped with an automatic alarm system for abnormalities, the continuous operation time of the equipment ≥24 hours, and the failure rate <1.5%.
