Integrated Inductor Robot Loading Unloading Machine is an independently developed intelligent industrial device that deeply integrates the high-precision motion control of six-axis manipulators and bus communication technology to achieve full-process automation.


Product Process


1. Integrated Inductor Robot Loading Unloading Machine supports two feeding modes, namely fork feeding and tray feeding. Photoelectric sensors automatically detect the position and quantity of materials. Large-sized products are precisely grabbed by the fork, while small-sized products are orderly transported by the tray. The feeding cycle is ≤3 seconds, and the accuracy rate is ≥99.5%.

2. Integrated Inductor Robot Loading Unloading Machine uses a six-axis manipulator to quickly locate the materials to be pressed according to the preset program with a reciprocating accuracy of 0.02 mm. Combined with the visual recognition system, it automatically calibrates the angle to ensure zero deviation in material picking.

3. The manipulator smoothly sends the materials to be pressed into the mold of the hydraulic press. Sensors monitor the position and pressure in real-time, triggering multiple protection mechanisms to avoid mold damage. After completion, the formed materials are quickly taken out.

4. During unloading, the frame is automatically cut to separate single products. The built-in cleaning device simultaneously removes surface debris, and then the products are neatly placed into the tray according to the preset array with a placement accuracy of ±0.1 mm.

5. Integrated Inductor Robot Loading Unloading Machine is equipped with a testing component to conduct pre-tests on the inductor value, voltage withstand, etc. of the formed products. Unqualified products are automatically sorted, and the test data is uploaded to the MES system in real-time.

4. The built-in intelligent fool-proof system automatically detects abnormalities such as material shortage and mold misalignment, and triggers audible and visual alarms and stops the machine within 0.5 seconds.

5. Both hardware and software are independently developed, mastering core technologies such as motion control algorithms and communication protocols, and supporting personalized function customization.

6. With integrated production and after-sales services, it can respond quickly to customer needs, reducing the equipment delivery cycle by 30%.
