Multi-axis Common Inductor Winding Machine is a high-end automated device integrating six-axis synchronous processing, precise winding, and intelligent quality control. Relying on independently developed bus control technology and a six-axis linkage system, it achieves efficient full-process operations including automatic feeding via a vibrating bowl, multi-layer stacking winding, two-station spot welding, and defective product rejection.


Performance


● The cycle time for a single product is ≤1 second, with efficiency 6 times that of traditional single-axis equipment.

● The gantry structure integrates winding and spot welding at the same station. Using product-rotation winding technology, it supports complex multi-layer stacking and enables precise adjustment of wire spacing with an accuracy of ±0.05mm.

● The high-precision aluminum vibrating bowl adopts PLC + fiber optic detection for automatic feeding. The CCD vision system at the unloading end real-time identifies defects such as poor spot welding and winding misalignment, with an automatic rejection rate ≥99.5%.

● Multi-axis Common Inductor Winding Machine is compatible with wire diameters of 0.025-0.12mm, features stable lead length with an error of ±0.1mm and a position accuracy of ±0.02mm, meeting the processing requirements for ultra-fine enameled wires in 5G communication inductors.

● The two-station spot welding design avoids coil damage, with solder joint flatness consistency ≥98% and tensile strength ≥50gF.
