II. R&D and Production Synergy: More Than Just Extra Space

On the R&D side, the newly established electrical control lab and mechanical structure design room provide ample space for debugging and validating the next-generation high-speed SMD inductor winding machine. On the production side, a new assembly line for winding machines is now operational. An independent finished-product aging test area has also been launched. Every winding machine, glue dispenser, soldering machine, tester, and assembly machine will undergo more rigorous aging tests before leaving the factory. Meanwhile, the critical parts 3D warehouse system has been upgraded, improving material handling efficiency by about 30%.
