Product Process
1. Automatic T-CORE DP Drying Integrated Machine adopts a vibrating plate for automatic feeding with a PLC fiber detection system to achieve fast and accurate feeding of inductor components, with a feeding cycle of ≤2 seconds and a feeding accuracy of ≥99.5%.
2. Automatic T-CORE DP Drying Integrated Machine adopts a DP (deionized water + special cleaning agent) circulating cleaning process, and through the synergistic effect of multiple groups of spray heads and ultrasonic vibration, it removes impurities such as oil and dust on the surface of components. The cleaning time can be freely set according to needs.
3. After cleaning, the equipment automatically enters the drying stage. The rotation speed is adjustable from 0 to 3000rpm, and at the same time, it is combined with a temperature control system (temperature range 30-80℃) to accelerate water evaporation. The drying time is freely set and the equipment stops automatically after completion.
4. The dried components are automatically sorted and collected by a conveyor belt, with an unloading cycle of ≤3 seconds, and the whole process requires no manual intervention.

6. Automatic T-CORE DP Drying Integrated Machine supports seamless docking with the MES system and can upload more than 20 items of production data such as rotation speed, temperature and operating status in real time.
7. When the equipment is abnormal, it will give an audible and visual alarm within 0.5 seconds and stop automatically, with a historical data storage period of ≥1 year.
